Lauren has been a dedicated member of Carroll Community College since 2011 working as a tutor, teacher, and academic mentor. With a passion for empowering students to thrive academically and comprehensively, Lauren works with athletes to impart essential study skills, time management techniques, and instill a sense of accountability. She monitors grades and academic progress, connects students to academic resources, and helps athletes conquer academic challenges.
