Lee has been involved with junior and youth golf for more than 10 years. He is a former collegiate golfer playing at UMBC for several seasons. During this time, he earned the unsung hero award for performances during the season conference championships. Lee was also a driving force in launching a junior golf program in Carroll County and the surrounding areas. This program series organized 7 competitive golf tournaments a summer, mentoring youth golfers as well as enhancing their skills.  It was successful in providing incoming golfers (both men and ladies) to every high school in the Carroll County area and was instrumental in keeping them competitive during the off-season.  Lee will bring this experience to Carroll Community College helping the team achieve success.
