Carroll traveled to Mercer Community College in New Jersey to play the nationally-ranked Vikings on Saturday, October 12 and then scrimmaged McDaniel College the next day. Despite losses in both games, the Lynx came away with a 3-2 win on Tuesday, October 15 over the College of Southern Maryland's Hawks. Scoring was all in the family with two goals by Joe Lippy and one by brother Kaleb Lippy. On the defensive side, Justin Ricketts had 10 saves. The team finished their first season with a record of 5 wins and 9 losses. Four of the losses were by one goal.
