Delmont has been a coach in Carroll County for 18 years, coaching multiple high school girls teams with Baltimore Celtic while also being the president of the club. Baltimore Celtic has become Maryland’s premier soccer club over the past decade under Delmont, which fields over 40 teams between men’s and women’s and has won six national championships since 2014. He is also the CEO and owner of the Harrisburg Heat, a professional indoor soccer team that plays in the Major Arena Soccer League against teams such as the Baltimore Blast.
