The Lynx competed in the Dutchmen Invitational at Lebanon Valley College this Saturday to start off the 2023 season.
Lebanon Valley hosted a wide range of teams at the event, from NJCAA to NCAA Division I schools. Notable attendees include Seton Hall, Mount St. Mary's, and West Chester.
Sophomore Theo Beyer led the Lynx, finishing in 98th place with a time of 32:30 on the 8K course.
In the women's race, freshman Fran McGovern finished 165th, covering the 3K course in 33:16.

"The team had a positive first meet performance," noted Coach Justin Metzger. "We plan to build on that by continuing to work hard in practice, fostering the athletes' improvement as the season progresses."
