• The Short Story: The Carroll Lynx cross country team saw another strong performance by Caroline Vogelsang with a 4th place overall finish to lead a solid team effort.

GAME NOTES

• Vogelsang continued her progression as a top runner with a 4^th place finish with a time of 27:24 for the 6K race.
• Carrie Moore was able to make a strong finish to hold off a couple of competitors from Howard Community College as she finished in 25^th with a time of 35:56.
• Alona Lakhmaniuk, making her debut for the cross country team, was able to finish ahead of multiple four-year competitors as she took 30^th with a time of 37:42.
• Rodrigo Marin showed improvement once again, running a time of 44:54 in the 8k race; good for 30^th place.

• The Lynx will now prepare for the Region 20 Championships at Hagerstown Community College in Hagerstown, MD on Saturday, October 26.
