The Lynx traveled off to Dickinson on Sunday and beat the Red Devil’s club team 9-5.
Head Coach Brady Slater noted that, “It was nice to see the guys respond after two rough games this past week and end the week on a positive note. Overall, not a bad day for us, but Dickinson challenged all day with their resilience.”
The Lynx defense stepped up big this game, only allowing five points after allowing 14.4 goals a game coming into the contest.
Volunteer Assistant Coach Hunter Privette was quoted the next day saying, “It was nice to see us get back to 500, but we can’t stay high for too long. We have to get ready for a tough stretch of region 20 lacrosse ahead of us.”
Carroll faces region opponent Anne Arundel at home this Wednesday, April 6th at 4 PM.
