Carroll picked up their first win of the season on Thursday, putting up a dominate 3-0 performance against Hagerstown.

The Hawks were pressured all game long, shown by the massive discrepancy in shots (43 for Carroll, 0 for Hagerstown). Excluding goalkeepers, only three players on Carroll's entire roster did not have a shot. Defender turned striker Nathan Burndley led the Lynx attack, posting 8 total shots. Jeshua Jerusalum, Abram Castanzo, and Daniel Wojtkowiak all scored with Nathan Burndley and Zach Gaegler tallying assists.

The first win of 2023 also marks the first win for new Head Coach Joe Pratt. He has led a team that has fought hard in August, putting up close games against strong Region 20 opponents such as Harford and Montgomery. The Lynx are looking strong and are primed to have a solid run in September.

Carroll travels off to Frederick Community College on Thursday, September 7th for their next game.
