At Saturday's Mid-Atlantic JUCO Invitational, the Lynx had numerous top 10 finishes as well as some new school records.
On the men's side, in the running events, sophomore Theo Beyer finished ninth in the 5,000 meter run in a time of 19:28.
In the field events, first-year Logan Rich finished second in the javelin with a mark of 39.90 meters and third in the discus with a throw of 37.57 meters. His discus throw reset the previous school record of 36.26 meters.
First-year Caydon Selmer finished 12th in the long jump with a mark of 4.59 meters.
On the women's side, in the running events, first-year Brooke Pribulick finished fifth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 29.22.
In the field events, Pribulick won the discus throw with a toss of 29.46 meters, setting a new school record, and finished fifth in the javelin with a throw of 22.76 meters.
Sophomore Cameron Klein finished second in the shot put with a throw of 9.47 meters, third in the discus with a throw of 28.40 meters, and third in the javelin with a mark of 26.64 meters, bettering her previous school record of 25 meters.
First-year Kamryn Stefanoski finished fifth in the shot put with a throw of 8.42 meters, eighth in the discus with a mark of 21.67 meters, and 10th in the javelin with a throw of 14.70 meters.
Sophomore Julia Bassett finished third in the pole vault with a personal best vault of 2.44 meters.
First-year Carrie Moore finished third in the high jump with a jump of 1.4 meters and sixth in the pole vault with a mark of 1.98 meters.

"Again, this week, although our team is small in numbers, our athletes are big on talent, dedication, work ethic," noted Coach Amanda Milewski. "All of our athletes have worked hard not only in our regularly scheduled practices but also on their own in workouts specific to their events. Their willingness to put in extra training continues to pay off with great performances."
