Cross country competed in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational on Saturday, October 14^th.

 The field included athletes from 26 full teams in NJCAA and NCAA. Theo Beyer finished the 8K course in 31:10 while Cole Gladden finished in 39:32. Full results can be found here.

 "This meet was our strongest of the season to date," said Coach Justin Metzger. "All Lynx athletes set personal records and Cole bested his previous personal record by five minutes. Those times reflect hard work in practice and confidence that they are well-prepared to compete with some of the most talented cross country athletes in the region."

The Lynx will take a weekend off to prepare for the MD JUCO and Region 20 Championship meet on Saturday, October 28^th.
