Maria Acaron has earned our Athlete of the Week after an excellent performance on Wednesday in the programs first ever win!

"Maria had a strong offensive game by placing her hits and added a defensive dimension with 2 blocks" noted Head Coach Teri Leatherwood.

Maria would serve 13 times in the match, acing 4 times with no errors. Coach Leatherwood was impressed with her serving ability, stating " having a Middle that can serve as well as Maria did Wednesday night is a great benefit."
